Contract Administration

Your project is in safe hands throughout the entirety of the design & build process.

Bridging the gap between client and appointed contractors

Fieldform can act as your representative to administer the contractual process on your behalf helping to bridge the gap between client and appointed contractors. Our expertise and comprehensive understanding of contract management can provide huge comfort and support, knowing your project is in safe hands throughout the entirety of the build process.

If required, we can carry out the tender process, source suppliers, contractors and installers that best suit the project demands and a client’s budget aspirations.

Our service acts as a single point of contact, providing clients with confidence and avoiding lengthy and multiple communications with various elements of the supply chain. As contract administrator, Fieldform will attend to the day-to-day issues, independent of the build, to advise, monitor and support your project through the build stages.

Both my team and I found Fieldform extremely professional, knowledgeable, experienced and more importantly to us on this project they understood what we wanted from the outset both commercially and operational. It was clear from our initial tender returns that they ‘know their product'. Fieldform clearly take great pride in their business and most certainly want to deliver a high-quality product each and every time. Richard was our first point of contact and dealt with any issue in a manner that was positive and looked to find a solution not find a problem or take an opportunity to maximise profit.
