A robust feasibility service

To create new facilities that are financially viable we can provide a thorough and robust feasibility service that includes draft designs and indicative running costs. Feasibility studies can help influence the final facility mix and act as an important tool for securing planning permission and attracting external grant funding. To secure community and stakeholder engagement will advocate the commission of a need’s assessment during the feasibility stage, this report will highlight any gaps in provision and identify opportunities for future developments via community consultation and strategy review.

In preparation for future grant funding applications Fieldform can offer clients with expert sports development advice including the facilitation and delivery of sports development workshops and the subsequent creation of a five-year development plan. This document will be used throughout the project development phase to support facility design, planning applications and grant funding bids.

Utilising the findings from our need’s assessment and local consultation we will create a series of draft designs and concept drawings for approval prior to submitting a full planning application.
