Creating viability for proposed schemes

All facility development projects that require grant funding will require a detailed business plan to demonstrate the viability of the proposed scheme, using our previous experience we can provide clients with short-mid term plans that include a proposed income and expenditure forecast. This forecast will be developed in close consultation with key stakeholders to ensure the figures are realistic.  Information contained within our business plan can include:

• Income streams for the facility based on a detailed programme of use.
• Staff costs including any dedicated activity development/coaching/community activity posts, training costs and on-costs.
• Utility costs, maintenance, cleaning, equipment, rates and finance charges.
• Repair and renewals fund (sinking fund).
• Net operating position.
• Commentary on any competition.
• Marketing plan.
