Fieldform are delighted to have been contracted by the Royal Horticultural Society to reinstate the grounds at the Royal Hospital in London following the annual Chelsea Flower Show.
The first year of our contract was particularly challenging because the high profile event was moved from the usual May slot to September due to Covid restrictions. Unfortunately the weather was unkind and we experienced significant rainfall making soil movements and reinstatement works very difficult. This was overcome by working closely with both the RHS and the Hospital to create a comprehensive and targeted approach to works progress. All of our works were closely monitored by Company Directors, James Coney and Richard Burden to ensure this prestigious project was delivered to the highest possible standard.
Following the reinstatement of the South Grounds our site team completed a comprehensive reinstatement of the historic Ranelagh Gardens, works included;
Following the successful completion of our works in 2023, we are delighted to announce that Fieldform have now been appointed to carry out all the pre-show groundworks and post show reinstatements for the foreseeable future.
Client Testimonial
We first started working with Fieldform in 2021 to carry out our post-show reinstatement to the grounds at the Royal Hospital, Chelsea. Following three successful years, this year (2024) we awarded Fieldform the contract to cover the full scope of works at the Show; the pre-show ground works, the show week maintenance works and the reinstatement.
James and the whole Fieldform team are a pleasure to work with, they are professional, flexible and deliver to a high standard within a very tight timeframe. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.
